Kansas Aviation

The Kansas legislature recently passed new statewide Aviation Tax Credits legislation that benefits both aviation sector employers and potential aviation employees.

This new credit, which began the legislative process in 2017, takes effect on July 1, 2022, and provides benefits to newly certified aviation employees and aviation-related businesses beginning with the 2022 tax year.
